El Fanar Money Market Fund is an investment fund focused on money market instruments, aiming to preserve capital while generating a daily accumulated return with a low level of risk .. making it a suitable tool for managing short-term liquidity for both individuals and institutions.

The fund’s strategy is based on investing in highly liquid short-term financial instruments, including Egyptian treasury bills and bonds, corporate bonds, sukuk, as well as bank deposits and money market instruments .. with investments distributed across different maturities to achieve a balance between return and stability while reducing interest rate risk.

In terms of investment limits, the fund may allocate up to 100% of its assets to liquid investments such as savings certificates, current accounts, and bank deposits regulated by the Central Bank, particularly when these instruments offer higher returns compared to other available instruments. It also ensures that exposure to any single issuance does not exceed 10% of net assets .. and that the weighted average maturity of the portfolio does not exceed 396 days, with a minimum required credit rating of BBB or its equivalent.
