Accepted Answer

FoudaLens (Arabic: فوده لينس) is a quantitative analysis platform for the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) with free and paid plans. It provides daily ratings (Fouda Score) and descriptive signals for every Egyptian stock.

Question 2

What is Fouda Score and how is it calculated?

Accepted Answer

Fouda Score is a 0-100 rating for each stock, combining: trend strength, momentum, volume confirmation, and volatility control. Higher scores indicate stronger quantitative performance.

Question 3

Is FoudaLens free?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Most features are completely free with no ads. There's an optional paid plan with additional features, but it's not required.

Question 4

Are FoudaLens signals financial advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Signals are based on a quantitative model for educational purposes only. They are not financial advice. Investment decisions are always your own responsibility.

Question 5

When is data updated?

Accepted Answer

Scores and signals update daily after market close. USD/EGP and gold prices update in real-time throughout the day.

Question 6

Can I track my portfolio on FoudaLens?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Add your stocks and purchase prices on the Portfolio page to see your portfolio performance and real-time P&L.

Question 7

What do the different signal states mean?

Accepted Answer

A signal is a descriptive technical reading, not a buy or sell order. 'Trend continuation' means the uptrend is still intact, 'no signal' means there's no clear technical setup right now, and 'weakening trend' or 'negative technical stance' mean technical risk is higher. All are based on quantitative data, not personal opinion.

Yes! You can download the Android app from the website. The site also works as a PWA, you can add it to your home screen like a native app.

Accepted Answer

Yes! Enable notifications and use the Price Alerts feature to get notified when stocks hit your target price.
