Creating an account is optional. You can use most website features without registration. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Prohibited uses include: excessive automated data collection (scraping), reselling FoudaLens data, attempting to manipulate analysis results, or any use that harms the website or its users.
Fouda Score, the quantitative analysis model, design, and source code are intellectual property of FoudaLens. Data sharing is permitted with attribution.
Subscriptions last for one month from the activation date and do not auto-renew — users must renew manually the following month. Users may cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of activation if they experience a technical issue preventing them from using the service, by contacting us directly via WhatsApp (01063989512). After 7 days no refunds are accepted, and users may continue using the service until the end of the paid month. At the end of the period, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan; to continue on a paid plan, a new payment is required.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the website.
