Menthum Money Market Fund

Menthum Money Market Fund with Daily Accumulating Returns is an open-ended money market fund that aims to generate a daily return while maintaining a high level of liquidity and a low risk profile through investments in money market instruments and short- to medium-term fixed-income securities.

The fund's investments are managed within predefined investment limits designed to balance return generation, liquidity, and risk management. The investment policy allows up to 100% of the fund's assets to be invested in Egyptian Treasury Bills, Treasury Bonds, and government-guaranteed securities. In addition, up to 75% of the fund's assets may be invested in bank deposits, interest-bearing current accounts, savings certificates, and investment certificates registered with the Central Bank of Egypt.

The fund may also invest up to 20% of its total assets in units of other money market funds, provided that the investment does not exceed 5% of the total units of any single underlying fund. Furthermore, the fund maintains a portion of its assets in cash to meet redemption requests and ensure effective liquidity management.

The fund is established and managed by Azimut Egypt Asset Management, which acts as both the founding entity and investment manager.
