Beltone B35 Fund - EGX35 LV

Beltone B35 Fund is the eighth issuance of Beltone’s multi-issuance fund “Tharwat”. The fund invests in the constituents of the EGX35-LV Index listed on the Egyptian Exchange.

The B35 Fund’s strategy is primarily based on investing in the stocks that make up the EGX35-LV Index, with the objective of tracking the index’s performance and benefiting from its methodology of selecting the least volatile companies among the most liquid and actively traded stocks in the Egyptian market. This provides investors with exposure to a diversified group of companies operating across various economic sectors while maintaining a relatively higher level of portfolio stability.

According to the prospectus, investments in the stocks comprising the EGX35-LV Index must represent no less than 70% of the issuance’s net assets, ensuring that the fund’s performance remains closely linked to that of its benchmark index. The fund may also hold up to 10% of its net assets in liquidity instruments, including money market funds, debt and fixed-income funds, cash balances in current accounts and bank deposits with banks regulated by the Central Bank of Egypt, as well as Egyptian treasury bills.
