Odin 4 Money Market Fund

Odin Money Market Fund with Daily Cumulative Returns (Odin 4) is an open-ended investment fund designed to provide investors with a low-risk savings and investment vehicle that generates cumulative daily returns while maintaining high levels of liquidity. The fund focuses on investing in money market instruments and short-term financial assets with strong credit quality, making it suitable for investors seeking efficient liquidity management and a relatively low-risk investment option.

The fund’s strategy is based on diversifying investments across a range of money market and fixed-income instruments in order to achieve a balance between return generation and liquidity. Under its investment policy, up to 100% of the fund’s net assets may be invested in treasury bills, bank deposits, and savings certificates issued by banks regulated by the Central Bank of Egypt. In addition, up to 60% of the assets may be invested in other money market funds, while up to 40% may be allocated to repurchase agreements (repos).

The fund may also invest in short-, medium-, and long-term bonds and debt instruments, subject to the investment limits and regulatory requirements set out in the prospectus.
