Belton Financial Fund is the third issuance of Belton’s multi-issuance fund “Tharwat”. It is an equity investment fund focused on banking sector stocks and non-banking financial services companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange .. and it is managed by Belton Asset Management. The fund aims to build a diversified portfolio consisting of bank shares and non-banking financial services companies, with a focus on diversification within these sectors to achieve stable performance over the long term.

This fund represents a specialized investment opportunity that allows investors to participate in the structural growth of Egypt’s financial services sector, including insurance, commercial finance, and other financial companies, through a regulated investment vehicle supervised by the Financial Regulatory Authority.

What are the investment limits and controls of the Belton Financial Fund?

The fund requires that investments in banking and non-banking financial services sector equities represent no less than 90% of the net asset value of the issuance at all times.

It is also permitted to maintain liquidity of up to 10% of the fund’s net assets, which may be invested in one or more of the following: investment fund units (not exceeding 5% of the fund’s value) .. money market funds and fixed income funds, as well as cash balances in current accounts or deposits at banks regulated by the Central Bank of Egypt.
