With reference to the letter received on 08/04/2026 from Misr Cement Qena Company, we would like to inform you that it has been decided to distribute coupon number (27) at a rate of 10 Egyptian pounds per share, payable in two installments. The first installment, valued at 5 Egyptian pounds, will be paid starting from 27/04/2026, and the second installment, valued at 5 Egyptian pounds, will be paid starting from 29/06/2026. Consequently, the right to the distribution will transfer to the buyer of the share until the end of the trading session on Wednesday, 22/04/2026.
