The Listing Committee held on 06/04/2026 has approved to:

Taking into consideration the following:-
- The pre-emptive Subscription Rights shall be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) Starting 14/04/2026 till the end of 28/04/2026 trading session only if the market price were higher than the subscription price, using the "ISIN Code (EGS924D1C017).
- Trading on such Subscription Rights shall be suspended by the end of 28/04/2026 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
- The pre-emptive Subscription Rights shall be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) Starting 14/04/2026 till the end of 28/04/2026 trading session only if the market price were higher than the subscription price, using the "ISIN Code (EGS924D1C017).
- Trading on such Subscription Rights shall be suspended by the end of 28/04/2026 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
