Listing Committee Decision Regarding Some Companies

With reference to the provisions of Article 46 of the Listing Rules regarding the convening of the General Assembly to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2025 within three months from the end of the fiscal year, the Listing Committee held on 14/05/2026 decided to grant the companies mentioned below one month from the date of their notification of the decision of the Listing Committee to provide the EGX with the annual financial statements approved by the General Assembly.
And warn the companies to prepare and approve annual financial statements by a maximum of 3 months from the General Assembly from the date of the end of the financial year in accordance with the provisions of Article 46 of the Listing Rules in the future to avoid violating the Listing Rules and to impose a financial obligation in accordance with the concluded contract.
