Listing Committee Decision Regarding Some Companies

With reference to the provisions of Article 46 of the Listing Rules regarding the convening of the General Assembly to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2025 within three months from the end of the fiscal year, the Listing Committee held on 14/05/2026 decided to alert the companies below to prepare and approve the annual financial statements from the General Assembly up to a maximum of 3 months from the end of the fiscal year in accordance with the provisions of Article 46 of the Listing Rules
