Taking into consideration the following:-
- The Pre-emptive Subscription Rights shall be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) Starting 30/04/2026 till the end of 01/06/2026 trading session only if the market price were higher than the subscription price, using the "ISIN Code (EGS924F1C015).
- Trading on such Subscription Rights shall be suspended by the end of 01/06/2026 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
- The Pre-emptive Subscription Rights shall be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) Starting 30/04/2026 till the end of 01/06/2026 trading session only if the market price were higher than the subscription price, using the "ISIN Code (EGS924F1C015).
- Trading on such Subscription Rights shall be suspended by the end of 01/06/2026 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
